Yeah but it was still a stupid question

I found the exam to be quite fair.
For those that said the exam was hard, why do you think so?? was it bc of calculation? theory?

Probably obvious reasons:
Time constraints + stress

Upon opening that exam my jaw dropped, thats for sure. She did give us a 10% bell curve right off the bat, so even if you got 0 points on the exam you came out with a 10% TROLOLOL. I find with micro you either you get it or you don't, so if you are in the middle, you will probably find this exam just as difficult as everyone else. (this was last semesters 1B03)

I found it pretty brutal but I got perfect on the two midterms and did every practice question (except the textbook ones) she gave us and did well on those. I was pretty panicky and freaked on the exam when I had quite a few questions I couldn't figure out even though I was sure my process was right so not sure what will happen to my mark. I wasn't really expecting her exam to be /that/ hard so maybe it was just me underestimating it.

Do you mean she will give us 10% just for the exam or she will add 10% for the final mark? That's almost 30% of the exam. Because actually 10% is just 3.5 marks and it's not too much comparing to the difficulty of the exam.

I agree, and it seems almost everyone felt the same way. It's not lack of study time or anything like that. I found the exam much more challenging than the practice exam/tests and I'm sure she'll do some adjustments for that.

^do you agree that it was brutal or am i missing something since u did say it was fair earlier in the topic.
