Econ 1b03 textbook necessary?
Hello.
I was wondering if textbook for economics 1b03 is necessary.
Would power points be enough for studying? or should i get textbooks for more sample questions.
Any advice on how to ace midterms and exams??

I found i had zero need for the textbook (had holmes as prof). Lecture notes were good enough. You could always acquire an e-copy of the book via various online sources.

There is absolutely no need purchasing the textbook (assuming you have Dr. Holmes).

No to book. And there are past midterms floating around. You can honestly find any general microecon book with slns in library for practice.

As others have suggested don't get the book, the lecture notes is all you need to do well in the course. Also, she posts up past midterms and exams for practice on avenue to learn.
