So my friend who studies in USA completed the course "Principles of Macroeconomics". I asked him the textbook name and it is the same textbook except mac has a canadian edition while he has an american one. So I don't want to waste my money since he is giving that book to me for free. Should I buy the American version or Canadian one? Because is there any difference between them?

I rarely used the book for ECON 1BB3 because the prof posted podcasts of all her lectures, which were the most useful resource when studying for the midterms and the final exam.

I think you should be fine with the version you have.

I agree, I don't think you need to have the text at all
