A lot of places make their omeletes from a huge bowl of whole eggs they whip up first thing in the morning before opening. You can always ask them if it's possible to make one from egg whites but it's probably best to ask when there isn't a rush because these people work really fast and they might not be willing to go out of their way at that time.

with regards to snacks, every place is more or less the same. Mini Mac tends to be a little different because they cater to apartment style residences primarily, but with things like smoothies or prepackaged salads, they're all the same.

if you're looking for a good custom salad, go to Commons, it's the very last station. They're huge. Commons also has an open bar option. if it's a quick fix, Student Centre has an open salad bar as well.

Odwalla smoothies (the green ones) are best for what you're looking for. They're found everywhere.

I'll be honest though, if your dietary concerns are very specific, you're better off cooking for yourself.

You can get liquid eggs from fortinos, and if you or someone you know brought a pan than it is probably just easier to make it yourself

Egg white omelettes taste like bunk. Have at least one yolk in there... it won't kill you, noobs.
