Email Help
Hi! I've been trying to log onto my email for a while now and every time I try it says incorrect name or password, but they're correct! Any ideas as to why this is happening?

You also have to enable your MacID services if you haven't yet.

I'm pretty sure you have to pay so much of your tuition before you can use it? At least thats what someone told me. Im not 100% sure if they're right or not though.

No, you can definitively start using it before you paid your tuition.

Yeah I've enabled my Mac ID and done my payment agreement, I think my parents have already payed in full for everything as well so I don't know what's up! Thanks for the help though! I may have to call them soon....do you know where I should call for this?

UTS, just call McMaster, 0 for the operator and ask for UTS. You'll have to call on Tuesday though.
