I'm actually kind of confused why this was allowed on campus. From what I've heard, they stuffed a pig full with cheeseburgers (they could have done something equally as disgusting, though I wasn't there, so...). Not only does it seem like a giant middle finger to Hamilton Food Share @ McMaster's efforts (promoting hunger issues - how does wasting that many resources for entertainment display the students' devotion to the problem?), but the Healthy Living Initiative (popularizing the most unhealthy lifestyle imaginable with epic meal time) and the McMaster Veggie club as well.
Why did anyone even want to see this?
Does this mean it's okay to house a "McMaster woman beaters" club even though we have a strong feminist following?
Can I invite a speaker to talk about how absolutely useless religion is, even though we house numerous religious groups?
