Fiddlesticks!
So I got on the bus tonight, and specifically asked the driver what time the busses ran til. He said about 1:30. So I leave the MUSC at 11:40. After waiting for the bus for 20 mins, I call the number to see when the next one comes, and lucky me, it doesn't! So I'm stuck here til busses start running again, with Cheri threatening to punch me in the nuts if I disturb her studying.

Monkey balls!

-Reeves on lawleys account cuz I'm too lazy to sign myself in.

There's tons of bus schedules in MUSC (by Compass). I would rely on those more than the bus drivers. I'm not saying the bus drivers are liars, but they can't be expected to know all the times for every route. He probably made an innocent mistake.

Grab a bunch of the schedules for the busses you usually take, and put them in your wallet, backpack/purse and notebooks. That's what I do. I never go anywhere without a schedule.

Well the busses DO run till 1:30 :S They just become infrequent...like one every 40 minutes to one every hour. Another good option that I use is google maps; which is usually accurate, much more so then calling the HSR line.

I noticed the same thing about Google. I would really be surprised if there was something they didn't do amazingly.

I've yet to find a use for Wave, despite the media attention it got.

...But maybe I'll wait 'til everyone else gets it first.

Also, anyone want invites? It seems like they're spreading pretty rapidly these days, so if you do, you probably have one already.

Yeah, Wave is a bit curious to me. I haven't used it yet, but I don't see why it would be more useful than gmail + Documents. Just having it all in one place maybe

I just asked someone else to send me an invite, but if you have one you wouldn't miss you could send it my way as I haven't gotten the other one yet. andrewjmarlowe AT gmail

And then add me, lol.

I went in and pulled up the schedules online, and they actually did stop around 12:20. I missed the last one while i was checking the schedule lol

I'm also waiting until more people get it first. It was semi-useful for my group project but because it became available to me near the end of the project we didn't really use to its fullest.

Pretty much like Google Docs mixed with instant messenger, as best I can tell. But since you can have multiple people collaborating on a document and talking through it at once it seems a bit... vestigial? I dunno, once I start using it to the fullest potential I'm sure I'll see the differences. The ability to add maps and plan out routes together is pretty sick.

Yeah, I forgot what they are called but I'll just call them extensions. I'm sure that feature is what's going to make the difference.
