Hi! I was just wondering for the required courses for first year health sciences, do you need to get textbooks for them?
If yes, should I be getting them now? Or wait till Sept when classes begin?
Thank you!

Most people recommend that you wait until after the first class (at least). The textbook list won't be published until August and if you buy the books now, you run the risk that the professor will use a different version in September (than they did in the previous year). I'm not in health science so I can't speak to that program specifically, but in general it is recommended to wait.
^Great advice above. Wait until September to buy your books. First year health sci specific courses, namely psychobio, cell bio, and inquiry generally don't require text books. Chem 1a03 and 1aa3 (your other two mandatory courses) would likely require a textbook mostly for practice problems and to supplement lecture notes. Personally, I didn't find the text to be useful.
