Florist
Being a commuter from Toronto, I am not well familiar with Hamilton at all... where would be the closet place to buy rose(s) to Mc? i.e. around the health science buildings?

This is for a potential date ....

Thank you.

There's one on Main Street relatively close to Boston Pizza. Does anyone remember the name of it?

It's Edna Miller Flowers and Gifts. Right down the street - maybe a 10-minute walk from the Health Science Centre.

Yeah Westdale has a few. Cottage Florist does really nice arrangments..though perhaps a bit much for a date

The Hospital also has a gift shop that might have flowers..though I have no idea exactly..

What a nice date gift

I've bought flowers from the flower section at Fortinos, it's really nice and pretty cheap. 1579 Main St. W., about a 10 minute walk from campus. A florist is probably more expensive, but will have more selection.

1) What kind of flower would be good?

2) How many? (been going out about a month)

3) how much would it cost?

Any girl would appreciate any flowers!! You can go with roses which always do the trick, but I'm sure she would love a simple bouquet of carnations or anything pretty. I wouldn't spend more than $20.
Just make sure you give them to her when she is near her house to drop them off, so she doesn't have to lug them around the whole time.

Thank you for the replies

I will try to see if they have anything in the children's hospital first.

Thanks again.
