Communication Studies & Multimedia Showcase
Hey CSMM students,
Fresh 2009 will be is a full day event, with a symposium showcasing Multimedia and Communications work during the day and a Student Recognition/Cocktail Reception in the evening (business casual attire required)
Tickets will go on sale next week for the evening portion, more details coming soon.
However, we need submissions!
Have you ever written a paper or completed a project that you wanted to share with your fellow students and faculty? Well here's your chance to show off all the hard work you've done!
FRESH is a gallery/symposium put on by the Communication Studies and Multimedia Student Society designed to celebrate the work of our students.
The CSMM student society is issuing a call for participation, where you will submit a work of your own to a faculty panel who will decide which submissions will be presented at FRESH on April 3, 2009.
We will be accepting both research papers and multimedia projects to represent the variety of work our department has to offer. The deadline for submissions is March 13, 2009 so fill out the application form and bring along your submission to the CSMM office in TSH-331. Accepted submissions will be notified by e-mail beginning March 23, 2009.
This is your chance to have your work noticed by faculty and celebrated by your fellow students so start gathering your work together.
But hey, if you don't have anything to submit, come out and support your fellow students and mingle with the department at FRESH anyways. Its a fantastic opportunity to get to know your fellow students and faculty members and the work going on in our department.
