This year as a part of the 2012 National Engineering Month, EWB McMaster is holding the first annual Global Engineering Conference on March 17th.

Our goal for this conference is simple: to discuss innovations in educating engineers in preparation for the 21st Century. In doing so, we will promote awareness of complex systems thinking, social responsibility, and sustainable solutions. By attracting current and perspective engineering students as well as professionals from industry and academia to explore the changing role of the engineer in the 21st Century.
