Hi, do I still need to have a lab goggle when I wear glasses.
I am not sure it would fit.
Thanks.

Glasses offer absolutely no protection whatsoever.
The goggles are annoying, especially with glasses (I wear them too), but having been sprayed in the face with 6M nitric acid, I'm pretty glad I was wearing them.

Yes you do. Any goggles will work (I used my dad's ones from work/painting). As long as it cover the whole section of your eyes

I wore mine with goggles, and they actually help keep your glasses from falling into a nice puddle of bromide solution...
Still haven't figured out how to get that stain off my lab coat...

Don't worry about the stains prob requires bleaching or whatever. There's no point of cleaning a lab coat cause it is serving its purpose :3

Thanks for the moral support. Lot better than "what's that brown thing on your elbow"?

Any will work as long as they actually seal around your eyes (safety glasses are not acceptable, at least not for chemistry. They *must* be goggles. I don't remember about other courses).

Be sure to buy the right goggles if you are doing a chemistry lab! You know the ones that leave the best lines on your face, fog up, and dry out your eyes. Oh right, and they sell them at titles.

It's probably super annoying to wear goggles over your glasses, but it's mandatory! Your glasses may fog up, but just take a break and clean them every now and then. And about the red lines, lol...after a while the straps stretch a bit, and won't be so taught. Just don't put them on super tight.
That being said...don't worry, it'll only be for 3 hrs every two weeks, so just bear with it.
