^ I know this is the conversion chart but I don't know how to read it. Can someone please Explain this to me?
I want to know what a GPA of 6.0 is as a percentage and what a GPA of 7.1 is a as a percentage?

For us, a GPA of 6 in percentage is 67%-69%, and a GPA of 7 would be 70%-72%.
Basically each grade point is like 3% percentage points, except for when you hit a GPA of 10, which is 80%-84%, an 11 which is 85%-89%, and a 12 is 90%-100%.
