Grad Marks For Post-Grad Requirements - Late Change/Adjustment
A few months ago, I already received and accepted a conditional offer to a masters program on condition that I maintain my average. I checked my grades, and I may be able to make the cutoff if I can get my sessional/year average to round up by 1 more grade (by about 0.5). To do that, I may need one or two courses to roundup/pushup by one grade and I'll just make the cutoff.

I've contacted my profs, and one of the profs who is willing to adjust within 1 percent is concerned that it may be too late. That was the only one to reply. Any experience with getting this done fast? Not much email replies right now.

I was in a similar position. You can have your grades changed up to a year after the course. Since you do not need this grade change to graduate, I can't see if being a problem. I'm assuming you have to send your transcripts to the school that you have accepted a conditional offer. So, ask your prof to change your grade and you will have it on your grade report within the week. After it appears, send your transcript. Point is, it is not too late, get it done.

Thanks. Already got some replies (email/phone) and it's not too late. Just need to get those instructors to reply to emails.
