Hello! My name is Ammi (pronounced Ah-Mee). I'm nineteen. I'm going into First Year Humanities. I'm going to major in Multimedia (and hopefully minor in Film & Theatre).

I already work for AvTek Productions, so if you see me working, feel free to say hi.

I love video games - but I am not an "elite" gamer; I don't like WoW or anything Xbox-related. PC all the way for me.

I love poetry by Edgar Allan Poe and horror stories by Shirley Jackson.

According to my best friend, my personality is: "One who prefers their own Elysium, a collected being of brilliant ambiance and nurturing."

-I stayed an extra year in highschool to upgrade my English mark. Went from 65-ish to 88 (I think).

PS: There's a Macinsiders social next week. If you went to clubs fest, you probably would've seen the table (it's next to the one with the free pina coladas).

Yes, I did attend Welcome Week. Well, sort of. I was actually working through most of it (since I work with AvTek Productions). But I did get to do some fun stuff.

Oh, and I was thinking of getting the PS3, actually; but their new Wii-wanna-be thing kinda looks ridiculous.

As many jokes as there were that were made when the Wii remote was first shown, the PS3 move looks worse.

I would still want it just because it's supposed to be more accuate than the wiimote though =/
(Plus my roommate wants to get it just for that swords fighting minigame... >_>)

I see. Well, I would probably get it just in case, because I have seen quite a few games I want, but then I checked their requirements and I realized they were for the PS3. D:

But for now, I am saving up for a new gaming laptop, as my current laptop is absolutely crap.

LOL yeah i've heard people say the ps3 remote thingy for the new wanna-be-wii looks like crap; but hey, it's sony, right? i'm sure it'd be great, especially if it claims to be better than wii

Well, Sony generally has a very high reputation, which is why I am going to ignore the funny ball-on-stick looks of the thinger and buy it anyway.
