Hamilton city transit??
I've heard the public transit( bus) is free for mcmaster students.

Is that TRUE??

Not quite free, you are paying for it in your supplementary fees. But yes, you have unlimited access to HSR bussing from Sept-April =)

You pay about $100 in your tuition for unlimited use of the HSR from September to May. It's not technically free, but it's amazing deal, since a monthly HSR pass is about $90.
Starting September 1, you just show the bus driver your student ID card and you don't have to pay or use tickets

yup totally true, i checked that in my payment agreement and that is found under miscellaneous.

Yeah it's really cheap. Most universities just give a small discount on the monthly pass.
