What happens if I..
Does anyone what happens if I don't return to school on completion on my co-op. I am in Electrical Engineering. I have completed Level 3. I'm interning at Hydro One presently.

It's uncertain that I will be able to return to school for at least a year, but that will be on the basis of my health issues. I'm sure I can get documentation for my health issue. But what impact will it have on my school record and Hydro one(Since they get tax breaks for students who return to full time studies upon completion of their coop).

Edit: Grammar

You should talk to your co-op office about this asap.

I don't think anything will happen if you decide to take a break after your internship. You should talk to someone from the ECE department. Just go to your department in ITB and speak with someone like a counselor about your issue. They should be able to help you out.

About the tax and your internship, go to Associate Dean's Office on the 2nd floor of JHE and talk with the coop people. They will help you out!

Talk to the coop office. Also talk to your manager/advisor if it is going to affect them

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong...but I believe you won't receive the "co-op" designation with your degree, if you don't return to full-time studies after completing your internship.

Not a big deal...as long as you gained the experience, you can still put it on your resume. At the end of the day that's what employers care about (and more importantly having good references from your internship).

The OP plans on returning to complete course requirements...so they wouldn't be graduating yet, until after they return to full-time studies and finish up.
