Residence admissions won't be known for a while, I think it was mid-June beginning of July or something. So after they fill up the rooms they'll contact everyone else on the wait-list.

The application deadline hasn't even passed yet, it's on may 28th at 4pm.

Yea exactly. In addition to the time it takes to assign the rooms, it shouldn't be for a while before anyone who's wait-listed finds out.

The rooms have been taken for Sept-April. They are available for July and August. Rent is $250 for basement and $300 for upper/main floors. Plus extra $50 for utilities as they are not included in rent. |

how do they organize the waiting list and the guaranteed list. is it by grades or is it completely lottery again? =/

The guaranteed list is by grades, everyone guaranteed a room is not on the wait list. The wait list is organized by the order of application. So the earlier you applied the higher you are on the list.
