2g03 is required for anyone in physics, and it's also on the math course list so it counts towards your major if you're in math. the assignments are long and they're pretty hard but they're worth 60% of your grade so it's worth all the effort. there's a 20% in class final which is easy (you get a practice test which is basically the same thing) and there's a 20% project. the project was marked really hard i think last year because i had a 12 before it and i came out with a 10. i think it's because everyone was doing so well on the assignments.
2t03 has a really good textbook, and the prof who taught it last year (dr pirvu) was really nice. the assignments aren't hard and even if you never go to class you can learn everything from the textbook. the practice midterm was basically the same as the actual one. i ended with a 12
