I want to change from...

Biology 1A03 L22 to Biology 1A03 L17 or 19 or 21 or 23
Or,
Chemistry 1A03 L26 to Chemistry 1A03 L25.

I Really Need to change one of them since both of my labs are in even number... (may means... I will need to write both of the labs in the same weeks..)

Please Help! :(

what do people with at least 3 labs do.

Even in 2 different courses doesn't mean they'll happen in the same week. You can't know or assume this information until after the first class!
