Having someone else pick up a transcript
I want to have someone else pick up a transcript. The form says to have the name of the third party pickup along with signed consent. Do I just write out something like "I authorize _________ to pick up my transcript" and sign it? And do I include this with the request or send it along with the person when they go to pick it up?

Thanks!

You can just give it to the person and they can show the Registrar people. I think I just wrote something along the lines of what you said, with the full name of the person I had pick it up. I think I might have written my name, signed it, and threw in my student number as well.
