heavy second sem?
i'm going into second year life sci and was wondering if my second sem looked heavier in terms of workload compared to my first sem.
i thought i might switch neuro or social for a lighter course and if i switch neuro i would take life sci 2ee3 instead of biochem, so i can still fullfill the 3 required second year life sci courses. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
sem 1: abnormal psych, orgo, stats, research methods, life sci 2d03 (behaviour)
sem 2: social psych, physics 1b03, biochem 2ee3, life sci 2c03 (neuro), life sci 2b03 (cell bio)

Physics 1B03: Very little workload, CAPA doesn't take very long and you can do it in groups. Just make sure you understand how to answer the question. Labs are easy, pre-labs take a couple minutes.
Biochem 2EE3: No workload. Studying for tests and exams could take some time, you'll want to memorize most of the material on the slides.
Life Sci 2B03: Varying workload. It depends on the prof you get. The most workload you'll get it summarizing 5 summary articles. Takes some time, but it can be done in 1 night (roughly 5-6 hours).
I don't know anything about the other courses in semester 2.

Check the course reviews if you want info on the specific courses, but it doesn't seem like much of an imbalance.

2c03 is only hard if you don't know how to answer Dr.Ostovich's question's properly.
Cell bio is easy and so is biochem 2-easy-3.
