The washrooms are cleaned on the weekdays. I didn't find the washrooms very nice. It's like a yellow color wall and brown floors. As long as the floor respects the washroom it'll be clean. The third floor washroom last year, the floor I was on, was always clean. Except for one time when some idiot threw away rotten food in the bathroom garbage.... what a bad idea. The outside garbage isn't that far outside, maybe a 10second walk.
There are doubles with washrooms. I haven't been in all the rooms but there are 2 that I know of. It would make sense if there were 3, one on each floor, but I don't think there is one on third floor.
There were a few international people in Edwards last year but generally they tend to be spread out throughout campus. Chances of getting Edwards should be pretty high, not a lot of people want to live their because it's old. But you honestly don't need a/c in the winter/spring. Maybe in the first couple weeks and the last couple days, but a fan near the window should suffice. Remember, face out during the day time, face in during the night time (if needed).
