Offer them an exchange. That you will provide your notes to them if they need them later on during the semester.
Or ask someone sitting close to you in lecture/lab/tutorial.

It's not anybody else's responsibility to give you notes. If nobody is willing to post them you either find another way of getting them or take notes yourself.
