I will be starting university this September and will be staying off-campus. Could someone please help me find a place? I prefer to stay as close to the university as possible (obviously).

Are you living by yourself or with friends? If you don't mind the conditions (usually basement rooms are left last), you can get ridiculously cheap deals the closer you get to school start date

Definitely try Kijiji (that's where I found my house), and I know of a couple people who have done pretty well with Craigslist!
