Hi! I'm Sam, I'm a third year linguistics major (but this is my fourth year here, woo for doing a part-time year), and I just moved back to Hamilton from Mississauga. I wanted to meet more people from Mac this year, especially linguistics majors. I'm taking some advanced courses like Computational Linguistics, and I'd really enjoy knowing someone who's done them before.

I'm also a fan of Doctor Who and games like Settlers of Catan and Munchkin. It'd be great to meet some people in Hamilton who were up for a game.

I'm taking math, too. Linguistics can be quite similar to math, especially when it comes to semantics, half of which is statements in logic.
