when do we find out if we got into our program - i know i met and exceeded my requirements, but when will i have hard proof that i am in the program of choice?

Hmmm, I'm not sure if they actually notify you... but you'll know for sure when you register for you courses. You have to select which program you want to enter before you pick your courses.
