I watched it too, watched every episode. HIMYM is LEGEN... wait for it.... DARY! The part with Barney and Robin in the hospital room was hilarious.

But I agree with you Greg; I didn't find there was a huge cliffhanger at the end.

I really liked it actually. The cliffhanger is the fact that the mother is a student in Ted's class. As long as it's not the blonde I'm happy. Is it true that it won't be airing until 2010 due to robin's and lily's pregnancies?

I knew Robin was pregnant, but I never heard of it being delayed... that would suck :(

That's not a true cliffhanger really, because we know that as the story progresses he's getting closer to the mom. They ALWAYS say that "if this didn't happen, I would have never met your mother". Remember the yellow umbrella part in the first few seasons? That never really led to anywhere. I just felt the episode was lacking a bit for it to be a season finale.

If you recall, Lilly wasn't on a lot of recent episodes (save for the last 2-3). I'm quite certain she was "written out" for awhile because she was pregnant. Similarly, most of the shots of Robin for quite some time were from the boobs and up; and in some of the more recent episodes she looked rather, well, fat. I'm pretty sure she was filming while pregnant too.

They should just kill Lilly off the show. Every time she comes on and tries to make "a joke" I pretty much anti-lol. |

I love how they threw in the "I got a new purse" line and just tried covering her pregnancy with a huge purse most of the episode
I'm not sure why they didn't do that for Lily...
I like how both Lily and Robin joked about being pregnant in character when they really were pregnant |
