I would like to know is there anybody who is traveling by HSR from Sanatorium/Rice Ave/Wendover Dr. (MOHAWK RD W)

Sanitoriam is 33, gets you to Jackson Square

I'd assume you'd have to take the 33 - Sanatorium bus from Gore Park.

Just use Google Maps ( http://maps.google.com ) to first get directions from your house to Mac, then change mode of transportation (top) to public transit. Works pretty well.

Heres the suggested route from Chedoke middle school (which is near your home i think), just play with the timing.

Its actually probably quicker to walk to Upper Paradise and take the 34 heading towards downtown rather than taking the 33 all the way to Gore. With the 34, you'll have to get off at Hess and Main and then walk over to King Street (2 minutes) to catch the 1/10/51/5(series) going to McMaster.
