A high proportion of the seats (~80%) in 3K03 are initially reserved for students in the faculty of health sciences. (Dr. Mossman mentioned this last year)

Once those seats are not filled by health science students, they are opened to everyone else. So if you wait a while and keep checking, you will get a seat!

I've been checking all day, every 15 minutes or so for slots into 3K03. Good to know there ARE more seats out there!
