Hungry for Change?
Join us for a dinner and discussion on the topic of 'Sustainability'.
Sustainability is becoming an increasingly important issue. Our world has a limited amount of resources, and our daily consumption of these resources affect our own health, as well as the health of others. So, what exactly is sustainability? What is OUR role? How does sustainability relate to community health?
The evening's dinner will be served based on the way food is distributed around the world. Participants will get a chance to reflect, discuss, and listen to an incredible speaker who will address the issue of sustainability, and what WE can do in Hamilton and as global citizens.
This year's speaker is Deirdre Pike (Social Planning and Research Council).
Enjoy a multi-media presentation, booths from contributing MSU clubs and local organizations; interact with others and learn about an issue that impacts all of us!
