if i use...
if i use my friend's ethernet cable in his room(rez) to download stuff,will his bandwidth be used?

Only if it's over the internet. DC++ in residence downloads of LAN, so it doesn't contribute to bandwidth usage.

yes, but I think only 2 computers are allowed per ethernet port. So if some other person besides ur friend has used it, u might have trouble connection. that happened to me sumtimes last year.
