But seriously, when i am feeling down i try to push myself up...sometimes studying and ignoring it helps me. I am talking about getting sad because of a low mark.
Otherwise, i always talk to my friends and family. Sometimes talking to other people like your parents or your close friends is a big relief! I tried it and it helped.

When I feel sad, I try not to think about the reason why I'm feeling down, which is clearing my mind. There are time where I have to do something to divert me from the sad thought I am feeling. This is with things that are not school related.
When it is school related stuff, I motivate myself to work harder for future things. That way it pays off at the end...
