Yes, since it's in IWC you would enter into IWC...and from there just follow the signs. They're everywhere. You won't get lost going in, it's coming out you should worry about

It's all out in the open. The only lockers available are a part of the gym itself, which would require you to bring your own lock. It's highly advised to leave your valuables at home, but you are permitted to put your laptop under your chair for safety.
Textbooks and valuables (laptops, cell phones) are stolen EVERY year during exams.

IWC 3 is downstairs.. signs will take you there!
As for valuables, they have plastic bags this year you can put your phone/valuables in under your desk.. but everything else has to stay at the sides/front of the room.
Good luck.

Assuming you've never written an exam here before, it would probably be a good idea to go and check it out. You can see into IWC 1 through windows (walk into IWC and follow the signs for IWC 1 and you'll see what I mean). All the gyms are pretty much like this, though IWC 1 is the biggest. That way you can see how everything is set up.
That's what I did before my first exam...it was nice to see everything before going in.

Oh...the reason I suggested that is because I figured if you saw the setup of IWC 1, you would also see the piles of people's belongings along the walls
