John Jell and Scott Moros, A Free Keynote for Students!

Business mogul and motivational speaker John Jell is presenting "How to Get a Great Job When You Graduate." in the Hamilton Spectator auditorium next Thursday.

The event is being put on by the Synergy Business Program at the DeGroote School of Business in partnership with the Hamilton Spectator.

Jell's presentation will help students prepare for the transition from school to a career and inform them about the steps they need to take now to make this transition as smooth as possible.

After growing up in Brantford, Jell attended the Bachelor of Commerce program at McMaster University and graduated in 1987. He currently works in Los Angeles, overseeing National Account Marketing in North America for Nestlé's billion dollar foodservices division. Jell is also the author of two highly acclaimed books From School to a Career and So… You Want a Great Job When You Graduate!?

What: How to Get a Great Job When You Graduate with McMaster University alumnus John Jell

When: Thursday, Aug. 7, 2008

Where: Hamilton Spectator Auditorium, 44 Frid St., Hamilton

Time: Doors open at 6 p.m. Event begins at 6:30 p.m.

Cost: Free. Donations in support of the Hamilton Spectator Camp Fund are appreciated.
