1) Why is Western in the same sentence as Queens and McMaster?
2) Why is Western allowed to bash anyone?

Same. Queens was the only place that rejected me, and I picked McMaster at the very last second..

Lol....i only picked mcmaster through process of elimination.
uoft: class size too big, gpa screwed
Queens: tuition too high, didn't like kingston
Western: too much partying
Mcgill: too far from home, no osap :(
Only choice left was mcmaster rofl

If it was univforum that you were looking at, don't take that place seriously. It's trollandia. But when they say Hamilton is dead, I'd have to agree.

1st -having lived in hamilton likely longer than anyone else on this forum, I'll agree it has its issues.
2nd - comparing universities in Canada is difficult cause they are more likely to be program centric than school centric like the states. Anything Harvard will always be better than anything at a state school. While Queens might rank overall better, McMaster has the most highly regarded labour studies program in the country and that is why I go here not queens, not UofT. Though I do want to go to UofT for a masters cause it is the best in that field.
3rd - the only people who's opinions on which school is better that should be valid are those that have attended both.

Those things you read about McMaster being shit are from Queen's students who are obnoxious and ridiculously proud of their school. I know several of them. Not to say that Queen's isn't a bad school, because it's definitely a good one. And McMaster isn't shit. Each school has its strengths. Personally I love Mac, but I don't go parading around claiming to be hot shit just because I go here, and bashing everyone else.
