Hey, here's a challenge. Those of you gals who dress up all rich and shit...try for at least one day (or more) to dress plain and simple....like sweats, a tee, and a sweater or something (personally I love girls in sweats)....something really simple. No flashy colours, no sunglasses, no 'the-world-is-ending--prepare-for-a-zombie apocalypse' handbag or anything, and ditch most of the make-up. Just one day. I bet you there'll be a difference.

Oh for sure! Who wears shades indoors?thats super douchy.. but I really never see anyone do that at mac.. still.. Unless you're at Guv, totally high on E, and too ****ed to care, there is no excuse!

I am still searching for an answer as to why?

Simple answer. Guys like it simple. We don't care what covers you (as long as it's not shit)....once you have good hygiene, a good personalty, and a good taste without being extravagant (dress simple but elegant), that's all we care about (or at least most of us). All the sprinkles and pixie dust just distracts us from the human inside.

EDIT: and in case you didn't know....guys really don't dig the whole boots thing. Unless it's winter....leave them for the Amazon.

That's like me most days. Hell, that's me on EVERY midterm day. I don't feel like being all dressed up and crap when I'm going to be spending the entire day in a library, it's just uncomfortable and weird, I think.

I mean, I like to dress up, yes, but I don't do it often at schoool.

Im not jealous of rich people, I have a greater sense of self worth knowing that I pay for everything myself and will continue to do so.

I don't mind rich people, as long as they're nice, aren't rubbing it in, don't spend like $1000 on a handbag, etc., but once you start being a total douchhe & showing off, I hate that.
