Life Sci 2D03?
does anyone have any feedback for Life Sci 2D03? (i.e. work load, etc). would you recommend taking if you have a heavy course load already?

thanks!

It's a really good course, pretty light on the workload. Tests can be a bit tricky. See reviews on Macinsiders for more info but I know very few people who would not recommend this course.

Taking right now during summer (exam tomorrow!)...really light course load, and quite interesting content (but not very engaging. It doesn't really get you thinking and asking questions much). Definitely recommended.

I took this course in Term 1 of 2011 and I loved it! Dr. Beston was a great prof and even though it was an evening class, his classes never went over an hour and a half which was great! Like others mentioned, the workload is very light, just 2 tests and an exam but sometimes the written answers were tricky because they were looking for specific keywords! Definitely recommend it!

It was really good. It was non-cumulative (not sure if that's because it's summer or not) and Dr. Beston thoroughly tested everything. It was a good distribution of testing facts and testing concepts. If you knew your work, you'd do fine. There weren't any trick questions or any funny business.

Seeing as I enjoyed the course and it wasn't a heavy course load, I found the exam pretty easy, especially compared to the other course I was taking (Biology 2B03; it was about 3 times as much content and 3 times as much work and really friggin' hard, despite the content being really interesting and enjoyable).

optimism says thanks to Yogurt for this post.
