Does Dr.Beston test you on textbook matrieals?
I never bought the textbook and now I'm starting to wonder how well im gonna do on the test by just studying the notes.
For those who took this course last year or those taking it currently should I try to get the textbook or am I okay without it

i had beston last year for Life Sci 2d03 and life sci 3c03. In 2d03, if you read the book you will be able to answer the application style questions on the test (i.e. he takes the concepts stright from the book). but in second term when i had 3c03 (jan-apr 2011), a student complained that he wasnt taking questions from the textbook and so on the exam there were questions (one was worth 5 marks!) related to the readings...you had to read the readings in order to get the questions rights....so he might have changed to taking questions from the readings
