I have read the course reviews but I was wondering if textbook is necessary for this course? are the lecture ppt/pdf sufficient to do well in this course?
Any other comments about this course would be appreciated

Thanks in advance

When I took this course a few years back, the textbook is really helpful because the prof does refer to it during the lectures. It is also helpful during midterms and stuff because you can study with it along with the lecture notes. It also comes with a workbook which is used during tutorials.

I know it's old posts but you can refer to the course review for this course here: http://www.macinsiders.com/showthrea...tr=L&t=20 171
