I'll try to explain this the best I can, but I'm awful with concise directions.

You know the entrance to Centro (the entrance across from T-29, not one of the ones to get to it from inside)? Instead of going in those doors and up the stairs, just go straight through the doors on the ground floor. You should see Housing and Conference Services when you go in. Turn right. There's a hallway just inside there and to the left, with some bathrooms along one wall, and MacExpress is on the opposite side of that hall. It's well labelled (I think there's a sign in that hallway, and definitely one on the door).

EDIT: I drew this diagram on Paint for my friend when she had to go there. It's probably more useful than my lengthy directions.
