Looking for 1 housemate!

Hey everyone,

My friend and I are living at 258 Emerson for the next couple of years, and we're looking for a third housemate for either one or two years. The house is a 10 minute walk from campus, and it's clean and updated. The room we're offering is a smaller one, suitable for a twin or double bed at around 6'5"x13', but for only 415$ per month INCLUDING utilities. It's 2 females there, but we'd accept female or male.
