I`m from a town of 40,000 people with about 10 different salons. I have never ever seen one that charged below $40 unless they were a first choice or something along those lines. The same has gone for Hamilton thus far.

On that last note, if someone can personally recommend a salon in Hamilton that isn't as expensive as the ones I've been going to I'd be ridiculously happy

You should phone ahead to make an appointment (not just show up, or you might have to wait).
