Hey Everyone,

So, I am currently living at a house with 7 other people in a house that is quite close to McMaster. Unfortunately, at the end of the lease (in May) 6 of the people will be moving out. My friend and I will be staying and another friend of mine is moving in. Here are the house details:

- 5 rooms available

- 12 month lease for 375 dollars a month plus utilities (utilities aren't too costly split eight ways)

- room choices haven't been made, but rooms are available on the first and second floor as well as in the basement.

The lease needs to be resigned early next year, so for those interested, a sooner then later response will be appreciated.
