I am currently in my final year at McMaster and I’m looking for participants for my thesis project
(females only).
The study involves 2 visits to The Women's Health Concerns Clinic at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton. The 1st visit will take about 2 hours and the 2nd visit will take 20 minutes. The 1st visit consists of filling out questionnaires, viewing a set of emotional and non-emotional pictures (ranging from negative, neutral to positive emotional intensities) on a computer screen, and giving 4 saliva samples. The saliva samples will be used to look at the role of stress hormones. The 2nd visit occurs 1 week after visit 1 where a similar computer task will be administered.
**Completion of both visits is required for the
5 credits for Psych 1X03/1XX3
