Hey guys! Our living situation fell through and we're looking for 4 people to take our place on our lease. Here are the details on the place:

- 80 Ward Avenue, 5-10 minute walk to Main Street and campus
- very affordable, $350 INCLUDING utilities
- lower floor: common room, kitchen/eating area, bedroom, bathroom
- upper floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom
- landlord only a few blocks away

It really is a great place and it sucks we can't live there, but maybe someone here will benefit. Post here or message me if you are interested!

Good luck dude... just an FYI, you can break any lease with 60 days notice... so if the worst case scenario does happen, you can break the lease with only paying one months rent.

the standard lease that everyone uses actually cant be broken in 60 days... thats a month to month tenancy that you can break in 60 days not a lease..
