Lucid Dreaming
Anyone have any experiences on it? I know there are books out there on it. Anyone know anything about it? I'm planning on looking into this shortly.

EDIT: From wiki: A lucid dream, in simplest terms, is a dream in which one is aware that one is dreaming.

Please no inception talk. Seriously have you ever had a dream where you were in control and you could make happen whatever you wanted? Ever swim through the air?

Well, not really.
There used to be a time I could realize I was dreaming was when I wrote down my dreams right after they happened, but I couldn't really affect what was happening. Maybe it was because I felt I couldn't change anything, or because I didn't feel like it, whatever.
Why the interest?

Imagine you could train your mind to control the dream.

Whenever I lucid dream its F**king epic! Had one a couple nights ago actually. I was on a motorcycle and realized I was dreaming so I just ripped it up the street knowing nothing bad can happen, ohh man t'was amazing.

I want to learn how to lucid dream more often, its like a more realistic GTA 4

by the way u sound very interested in this kinda dreams
but seriously, it's very had to control the progress of the dream.

for example, pretty recently, i was aware that it was a dream, so i tried to fly lol. i could fly but not too high..
then these random guys start chasing me, and when they were very close to catching me, i woke up from it bcus i knew it was a dream.

Yeah really man I haven't had one in a while but I remember running around and squeezing ladies.

EDIT: More recently I've had the swimming in air dream. It's pretty fun.

It's an art which some people have naturally.
There are methods to teach yourself to lucid dream, but I haven't tried it. I want to...but idk.

I'm kinda jealous of those people then. My dream self is a big idiot because most of my dreams these days are ridiculous and still I have never realized I'm in a dream.

Back to topic: I had too much time over the summer and I looked up how to lucid dream and tried to follow a method on how to induce them (this site). But it's way too much work (involves keeping a dream journal o.O) so I gave up

I have these once in a while. I usually end up recreating one of my fav dreams from I was a child . I'm in a futuristic city and then I start flying around and land at the top of a very awesome water slide thing.

I think I've had that dream at least 5 times

I used to have lucid dreams. D:
I remember one time I had a dream where I was about to get shot, but somehow knew it was a dream and woke myself up before it happened. >_>;
