Mac Glee Club
We all wish our school and surrounding schools had glee clubs so we could compete with each other, the same as on the hit Fox tv show "Glee" so lets do it up!
Obviously a glee club doesn't exist at mac, so we need to first and foremost get together people who wish that there was a glee club. We need a vocal instructor, choreographer, pianist, a complete band, and a group of talented individuals who think they can sing, dance, and have a good sense for music!
Guys this can be amazing if enough people pull together and make it legit, so lets do it!
Anybody who's interested, just respond. Hey, I'm in the same boat as you, I have no idea how to start this up or anything, but here's hoping there are other people out there the same as me that wished we could have awesome lives like the kids in "Glee Club" lmao.

This is just like the influx of kids wanting to be doctors due to ER and Scrubs >_<.
Anyway to start a club you need 20 founding members IIRC. The rest of the application instructions are availible here:

Good Luck with your Glee Club!

I have to agree... and in this case, the show isn't even very good :S.

I did see signs for an a capella group around campus - perhaps you could look into similar existing clubs before venturing into your own, for guidance and advice!

I agree. I don't really like the main characters of the show, but Sue and Principal Figg are hilarious.

Oh man, really?
Christ, I crack up every time Jane Lynch's character says something. No one's ever been more perfect to play a role. I just love it. I wish I was her.

Sue: Iron tablet? Keeps your strength up while your menstruating.
Will: I don't menstruate..
Sue: Really? Neither do I.
I love her.

Oh man, I ****ING LOLED AT THAT.
And last night, when she was saying even when she's yelling she's regal.
Just the fact that she uses the word regal.
Her character just has the best lines. I mean, almost as good as House. I don't remember the last time I've liked a character so much.

To be honest, I probably wouldn't bother watching it if it wasn't for the music. The writing has moments where the humour shines through, but a lot of the time it isn't that great. The music is what pushes it over the top.

I didn't really like the first episode, but it gets better every time, I think. It's definitely the singing and dancing that makes it worth watching.
And you should totally start a glee club! : D I'd so join : )
