According to Commie, we shouldn't ask the question because it is "biased".

Whoa, slow down! That question reeks of confirmation bias!

The only question we can ask about the Macbook 2011 is whether it is a great laptop or the greatest laptop (though even suggesting it's not the greatest laptop seems a bit biased in my books).

Anyway, as Commie has flawlessly proven, his 3 Macbook 2011's don't have a heat problem thus, without running into any logical fallacies, we can claim every single Macbook 2011 ever produced also has no heat problems.

Do me a favor, load up google and type in Macbook pro 2011 Overheat. It isn't surprising too see consumers having issues with the product. However does this suggest that all Macbook Pros overheat? Of course not. This was what i wanted to prove, if all you do is look for issues than thats all you will find which likely overstate the issue and I supplied my personal experiences simply to provide some hope too a fellow consumer. Also, the next time you want too discuss, especially something where an entire thread has gone off topic, PM me.
