I am actually in it, and they are doing a class today at 7-830 in the track area by the weight lifting area. If you wish, I can PM you the email of the guy instructing the course. When I signed up, I originally though it would be a strength training program, but it is a lot of different stuff based on functional training. Its sort of a crossfit style workout, taken from the instructors mouth, based on high intensity workouts. Our first class focused on learning proper squat form with on weight, as well as the basis of snatches/push jerk and so on while focusing on core and cardio. It's a little different from a regular workout routine, but it was fun. Its also brutally hard, so if you are mildly out of shape(like me) it will be painful. Like really brutal t_t
